Yes indeed -we have extended our return window for the festive season - any items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 21st 2027.

Please note that our standard return conditions and exclusions still apply. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The same applies to custom or personalised pieces.

All returned items must be unworn, and in their original packaging.
