Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.

Please ensure you package your return securely & post by a tracked method, insured to the appropriate value. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain a proof of postage

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can figure out what's happened and sort it for you as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
