Delivery

All orders are packaged in Laura Gravestock Jewellery gift boxes and/or pouches. Please let us know if you have any special gift requests, we do not include invoices within the package.

Shipping Options:

Within the UK:

Free Delivery: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100 delivering to the UK
Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery charge is £3.99. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days when delivering to the UK. Via a Royal Mail Service.

Overseas:

Items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at a standard charge of £15.00. This method allows items to be insured and a signature is required for delivery.

Delivery Times

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. If we do not have a piece in stock or we are creating a personalised or bespoke piece for you, delivery time may vary as each piece is hand-made - we will e-mail you to confirm the expected delivery date (e-mail will be sent within working hours).

Where an item is in stock, for delivery within the UK please allow 2 - 4 working days - but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

For overseas delivery where an item is in stock, please allow 5 - 15 working days, but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

For personalised & bespoke pieces, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.
